An ambitious and larger-scale project that was implemented with the same integrated approach - from land acquisition and construction to furnishing, rental and daily management - completely under its own direction. The Rattendorf location offered exactly what Clofers was looking for: tranquility, space, accessibility and direct connection to Nassfeld - one of the largest and snowiest ski areas in Austria. Its location within walking distance of the ski bus and just minutes from the valley station makes it an attractive destination for any season. Large-scale realization with small-scale quality Construction started at the end of 2018 and continued until 2020. During this period, Clofers realized a complete recreational residential area consisting of: - 38 stylish recreational homes - 15 high-quality apartments spread over several buildings - A complete restaurant with bar, professional kitchen and sun terrace The restaurant was completely developed, built and operated by Clofers as a welcoming meeting place with alpine atmosphere. This makes it a valuable addition to the accommodations and increases the attractiveness as well as the profitability of the project. The entire development took place under the direction of Clofers - from structural work to completion and operation - using regional craftsmen, sustainable materials and high quality standards. Every detail is tailored to comfort, appearance and long-term use. Harmony between landscape, comfort and profitability Clofers Relax Residences Rattendorf is a cohesive and carefully designed whole. The combination of modern alpine architecture, clever layouts and high-quality finishes makes it loved by vacationers and investors alike. Visitors enjoy: - A quiet location near Nassfeld - Views of the Gailtal valley and direct access to nature and sports - Private terraces or balconies with plenty of light - Facilities such as restaurant, bar and ski storage Clofers Rattendorf demonstrates that scale and quality go together excellently under one direction. With 53 realized accommodations and supporting facilities, Clofers proves its strength as a total developer in the recreational sector. No intermediaries, just one point of contact for everything: from plan to practice, from foundation to guest experience. After Rattendorf, Clofers followed its growth path including development in Sonnleitn and other strategic locations - see how Clofers continues to build on quality, character and continuity. ![Rattendorf 2](https://146085533.fs1.hubspotusercontent-eu1.net/hub/146085533/hubfs/Rattendorf%202.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=Rattendorf%202.jpg) ![Rattendorf 0](https://146085533.fs1.hubspotusercontent-eu1.net/hub/146085533/hubfs/Rattendorf%200.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=Rattendorf%200.jpg) ![Rattendorf 3](https://146085533.fs1.hubspotusercontent-eu1.net/hub/146085533/hubfs/Rattendorf%203.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=Rattendorf%203.jpg) ![Rattendorf 8 inside](https://146085533.fs1.hubspotusercontent-eu1.net/hub/146085533/hubfs/Rattendorf%208%20binnen.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=Rattendorf%208%20binnen.jpg) ![Rattendorf 5 inside](https://146085533.fs1.hubspotusercontent-eu1.net/hub/146085533/hubfs/Rattendorf%205%20binnen.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=Rattendorf%205%20binnen.jpg) ![Rattendorf 9 in-1](https://146085533.fs1.hubspotusercontent-eu1.net/hub/146085533/hubfs/Rattendorf%209%20binnen-1.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=Rattendorf%209%20binnen-1.jpg) ![Ellipse 3](https://144082105.fs1.hubspotusercontent-eu1.net/hubfs/144082105/Ellipse%203.svg) ##### The staff at Nassfeld holiday parcs, Rattendorf were very enthusiastic service-oriented, a warm welcome!
