Luxury mountain apartments in prime location - realised in 2021
In 2021, Clofers realized a new high-quality project in the mountain village of Sonnleitn, right on the southern slope of the Nassfeld ski area. At about 1,300 meters altitude, with direct access to the slopes and a panoramic view of the valley, 12 exclusive apartments have been developed here. The apartments are spread over four floors and built entirely with regional partners. Clofers deliberately chose natural materials such as wood and stone, matching the alpine architecture of Carinthia. Clofers Active Apartments Sonnleitn consists of three different types, tailored to the needs of families and groups:
- Type 6-person: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna on the terrace
- Type 8-people: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, extra sleeping possibilities
- Type 10-bed: Up to 10 persons, spacious living area, several bedrooms and sauna
All apartments feature a generous living space, chill corner with panoramic window, and high-quality finishes to every detail.
A four-season destination for active guests
