From vision to realization - 2015 to 2018 Clofers develops, builds, manages and rents high-quality recreational homes in unique locations. In 2016, the first project was realized entirely in-house: 12 sustainable, detached lodges in Jenig, Austria, located in the sunny Gailtal valley in Carinthia.
The choice of Jenig was strategic: a quiet, natural setting with excellent accessibility and all-season recreational appeal. With this, Clofers fulfilled a clear vision of future-oriented recreational real estate, in which quality, return and experience come together.
Total development with results The Jenig project was developed and executed by Clofers from start to finish. From land acquisition and design to construction supervision, layout and operation. Only sustainable materials, local partners and high-quality finishes were used.
Each lodge was designed with a keen eye for comfort, aesthetics and functionality:
Southern exposure with panoramic mountain views
Large windows for maximum light penetration
Energy efficient installations and use of local wood
Fully equipped and suitable for both short vacations and long-term stays

Jenig is just a few minutes' drive from ski resort Nassfeld and in summer is surrounded by hiking trails, lakes, bike paths and cultural attractions such as Hermagor and the Presseggersee. This versatility makes it an attractive destination for a broad target group.
