Since 2015, Dennis and Lineke have been developing high-quality lodging facilities in unique mountain locations in Austria under the name Clofers. Each project combines historic charm with modern luxury and is renovated and furnished with care.

Clofers focuses on special properties with character, located in prime locations in the Austrian Alps. The accommodations are exclusively furnished in collaboration with top designer Eric Kuster, ensuring distinctive style and high-quality finishes. As a result, Clofers offers not only unique vacation accommodations, but also promising investments with solid returns and long-term value.
